All orders placed online will be shipped to you (or the gift recipient) using the shipping service bought and applied when you placed your order.
Domestic post is 3-5 days delivery within Australia. Tracking is standard, however signature upon receipt and insurance will incur extra cost.

OUR 30 DAY RETURNS POLICY. You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid). This excludes socks and underwear due to hygiene reasons (so good thing we don't sell those!).
